A week-long series of workshops, panels, and events led by local experts
El Paso Startup Week brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders to celebrate and strengthen the region's startup ecosystem.
What is Startup Week?
An annual event that brings together entrepreneurs, innovators, and business leaders to celebrate and strengthen the region’s startup ecosystem. It attracts a wide audience, from aspiring and established founders to investors and mentors, and offers the insight and connections needed to grow and scale a business.
Supported by over twenty entrepreneurial support organizations, the week aims to give startups the resources, connections, and knowledge to turn ideas into working companies.
In 2025 more than thirty five events ran from September 20 to 27 across El Paso, Horizon, and Las Cruces.

A week to celebrate big ideas
Founders at every stage, from people with a first sketch to teams already hiring. The week exists to make that range visible to itself.
Connect with local builders
Mentors, investors, and operators who work here and stay here. Most sessions are small enough that you leave with someone's number.
Level up your skills
Practical sessions on launching, pricing, hiring, and growing a brand, taught by people who have done it in this market.
