Submit an event

Send it once, with every date it runs and any promo art you want used. A committee member reviews it and publishes it to the calendar.

Preview mode. This build is not connected to its database yet. The form, validation, file upload, and review queue all work exactly as they will in production, but a submission is held in memory only: it reaches the review queue and then clears, and approving it will not publish to the calendar until the database is connected.
